Information returned with different levels:

1: ListOnly 10: Basic Properties 30: All Properties 40: Returns associatedUserGroups, associatedExternalUserGroups, SecurityAssociations + all other properties 50: Returns associatedUserGroups, associatedExternalUserGroups, SecurityAssociations, UserSecurity + all other properties
